All billing, cancellations, refunds, credits, installations, and service-related matters are governed by the policies of the participating provider you select.
If you experience an issue with your enrollment through Telecom Services Hub, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and coordinate with the participating provider where appropriate.
Unless required by applicable law, Telecom Services Hub does not issue refunds for services provided by third-party telecommunications providers.
